Background and Study Aim: Life skills are generally defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the skills required to cope with the demands and challenges of daily life. Life skills training aims to facilitate the development of psycho-social skills necessary to cope with the demands and challenges of daily life. This study aims is knowledge about the effect of sports, specifically judo, on life skills in different variables of communication, emotional skills, goal settings, leadership, social skills, teamwork, and time management.
