The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted many areas of the world, from healthcare systems to the economy. During this time, scientific research was conducted and published faster and more intensively than ever. On the other hand, the research carried out during the pandemic has revealed various types of violations and ethical problems related to scientific ethics and has led to significant public health concerns.. This dossier aims to critically evaluate the COVID-19 pandemic process from a scientific ethics perspective and to develop suggestions for less wasteful practices in potential future epidemics.
