Özet

In this study, the lowest cost, most accurate and fastest efficiency and production quantity/tonnage tracking form was created for a tire company that is going digital but has not fully completed its digital transformation. The aim here is to ensure that the company can use its workforce and time most efficiently throughout the digitalization process in front of it. As a result of long studies, the most accurate method was chosen and a form was created in which "Production efficiency", "Production efficiency", "Quantity cut" and "Tonnage cut" were calculated in line with the company's request. The most important advantage of the created form is that an engineer has a tool to process the data as soon as possible and get the most accurate results. In this way, it will be possible to monitor daily productivity and prevent unplanned stoppages. At the same time, thanks to the quantity and tonnage calculations added to the form, it sheds light on the company's decisions for the planning and production side.
