Özet

Microarray technology is an effective new technology for analyzing millions of genetic expression levels at the same time. In recent years, with the development of model classification methods, it has become possible to produce meaningful results from multidimensional processing and data. Using the relationship between gene expressions levels obtained from microarray chips, groups belonging to different classes can be identified. In this study, artificial intelligence methods were used to classify microarray gene expressions data and it was tried to be determined whether the samples were prostate cancer or not. In order to increase the success of the classification model in the study, the selection of the feature with the genetic algorithm has been performed. As a result of the study, cancer genes were identified with 95.65 % accuracy.
