Industrial revolutions are seen as the beginning of radical changes in a wide variety of fields. There have been four industrial revolutions since the first industrial revolution, which emerged in the 18th century, when steam-powered machines laid the foundation of mechanization. With the first three revolutions, mechanization has increased, however, as a result of the fourth industrial revolution, a major digital transformation has become necessary. It is almost a necessity to follow the developing technologies closely in order to survive and succeed in the competitive environment of the globalizing world. Companies that adapt to the 4th Industrial Revolution can achieve success in their goals in this war of existence. In this study, digital transformation in the iron and steel industry, which affects many sectors, is discussed. In order to achieve success in the transition process, the applicability of Industry 4.0 technologies was evaluated with SWARA and TOPSIS Methods.
