PURPOSE: To use optical coherence tomography (OCT) to assess changes in foveal thickness after uneventful phacoemulsification in eyes with pseudoexfoliation syndrome (PXF), pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PXG), or primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG).
