ÖZET
Lumbosakral pleksus nöropatisi, pleksus alanında ani başlangıçlı nöropatik ağrıyı izleyerek güç kaybı ve bazen duyusal bozuklukla karakterize bir idiopatik veya travmatik klinik sendromdur. Lumbosakral pleksus anatomik olarak üst lomber pleksus ve alt lumbosakral pleksus dan oluşur. Pleksusun bu kısımlarının etkilenimine göre farklı klinik bulgular gelişebilir. Bu nedenle, bazen lumbosakral pleksus ve sinir kökleri arasında ayırt etme güç olabilir.Bu yazıda, lumbosakral nöropatilerin anatomi, klinik özellikleri, ve elektrotanısal değerlendirme gözden geçirilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Lumbosacral plexus neuropathy is an idiopathic or injuries clinical syndrome characterized by the sudden onset of neuropathic pain, followed by weakness and sometimes sensory disturbances in the distrubition of the lumbosacral plexus. Lumbosacral plexus is usually of anatomically as consisting of an upper lumbar plexus and a lower lumbosacral plexus. Different patterns of clinical findings may develop, depending on which part of the plexus is affected. Thus, it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish between lesions of the lumbosacral plexus and those of the nevre roots. This article reviews the anatomy,clinical features, and electrodiagnostic assessment of lumbosacral neuropathies.
