Özet

Bu çalışmada inşaat önlisans eğitiminde karşılaşılan sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri, Kocaeli Üniversitesi Asım Kocabıyık Meslek Yüksekokulu İnşaat Teknolojisi Programı özelinde değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, 2009, 2014, 2016 ve 2017 yıllarında gerçekleştirilen çalıştaylarda ortaya çıkan günümüzde inşaat sektörünün ihtiyacı olan öğrenci işgücüne uygun Ulusal Meslek Standartlarının belirlenmesi ve mevcut durumun değerlendirilip, geliştirilmesine yönelik beklentilerle birlikte, bu beklentilerin karşılanma şekilleri irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca, Avrupa Kalite Yönetimi Vakfı (EFQM) Mükemmellik Modelinin uygulanması kapsamında, hem öğrencilere hem de kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan inşaat mühendisi ve teknikerlere yönelik anketler yapılmış, yapılan çalışmalar değerlendirilerek sonuçları sunulmuştur.

In this study, the problems and solution proposals encountered in the construction associate degree education were evaluated in Kocaeli University Asım Kocabıyık Vocational School Construction Technology Program. In this context, the expectations of the National Occupational Standards which are suitable for the labour force of the students to the construction sector investigated via workshops carried out in 2009, 2014, 2016, 2017, and the expectations regarding the evaluation and of the current situation, if they are met or not. In addition, within the scope of implementation of the European Quality Management Foundation (EFQM) Excellence Model, questionnaires were conducted for both students and civil engineers and technicians working in public and private sectors.
