Lect. PhD ASİYE YÜKSEL

Yüksel, who earned his doctorate in 2022 with a thesis on innovative literacy at the Department of Business Administration, Institute of Social Sciences, Gebze Technical University, has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Kocaeli University, Hereke Vocational School of Higher Education since 2006.

She currently teaches courses in management and organisation at the associate and bachelor's degree levels at Kocaeli University, where he is presently employed. His courses include “R&D and Project Management,” “Management and Organisation,” “Business and Total Quality,” “Career Planning,” “Scientific Research Methods,” “Entrepreneurship,” “Quality Control,” and “Public Relations and Communication.” He has published various articles in journals indexed in SSCI, Scopus, and TR Dizin, as well as presented papers in both Turkish and English at national and international conferences on topics such as innovation management, innovative literacy, entrepreneurship, R&D, project management, organisational behaviour, and leadership. The focus of his research topics is innovation and management philosophy. Due to his personal interest, he also has research in history, fine arts (photography), and sociology.
