Organizational Citizenship Behaviors In Relation To Perceived Supervisory Support and Job Performance

Özet

The present study investigated the relationship between perceived supervisory support, organizational citizenship behaviors, and indvidual job performance amog a field sample of 107 participants. Consistent with our hypothesis, correlation analysis revealed that suporvisory support was positively related to altruism and conscientiousness. However, the results indicated that the relationship between supervisory support and conscientiousness is higher than altruism behavior. Additionally, the multiple regression analysis revealed that civic virtue and conscientiousness have positive effect on the employee job performance. The results of research also revealed that supervisory support have positive effect on job performance.
